Willicroft

This is the story of Willicroft, a plant-based cheese company run out of Amsterdam. At the time they had recently opened the doors of the first vegan cheese store in the Netherlands. We take a step back to look into the process and philosophy behind the venture's inception. A business created with a deep environmental ethos at heart, aiming to make your decision to eat consciously that little bit easier. As the grandson of a dairy farmer Brad Vanstone continues to pose the question of how we create an inclusive movement towards a more sustainable food system.
